Don't forget the craft fair being held in the Whitefield School gym on Saturday, December 2nd from 9am- 3pm. Lots of venders will be here!
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be conducting a 3 bus run this afternoon. Drop off times may vary and be earlier or later than normal. If this is an issue for you, then we encourage you to pick your students up at school at the end of the day. We apologize if this causes any inconveniences.
There is a good possibility of having a 3 bus run tomorrow morning and afternoon as well.
Welcome Parents and Community Members - the Scholastic Book Fair has arrived! It will be open to students during the school day from November 16th through the 28th. We will also be open to the public during Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 20th and 21st from 3 - 7 pm. Many parents have taken advantage of creating an eWallet for their children so money does not get lost . You can also order online at our Scholastic Home Page. Thank you for your support.

FYI:
This is a community event being put on by Erkine Academy. This is not an RSU 12 sponsored event.
We apologize for the late notice. Due to holidays and several people out with illness, this information did not get out sooner. This is about the girl's and boy's middle school, school league basketball teams. This is NOT for the younger students involved in WAA sport.
The coaches understand that this information is going out late and not all students will be prepared. If they can not make it to the first practice, it is ok. There will be more this week.
There's still time to get those RADA orders in.
Catalogs went home before Halloween, you can also order through this link:

If you don't want to participate in this fundraiser, but still want to support the PTA, you can leave a check made out to "Whitefield PTA" with Amy.
Thank you for your support!

Dear RSU 12 Families, Staff, and Students,
All RSU 12 schools will resume tomorrow, Monday, October 30th, starting at the regular time. As we embark on this return, please know that our schools are prepared to greet students with the utmost care and support, recognizing the challenges of the past week. I extend my sincerest gratitude for your patience and resilience as we come together to reinstate a sense of normalcy in our educational routines for the well-being of our students. Your understanding during this unsettling time has been invaluable. The safety of our students and staff remains our foremost priority. I encourage you to reassure your children that they are safe in school and that operations will proceed as usual. We also recognize the lasting impact of the distressing events from last week, and although the immediate threat has diminished, feelings of confusion, sorrow, and fear may persist. As we navigate this healing process, let us offer each other the comfort and strength needed to move forward. May the week ahead be one of solace and mutual support.
Warm regards,
Howard Tuttle
Superintendent
RSU 12
There is a large amount of stuff in our lost and Found. Please have your student check out the lost and found this week. Due to the excessive amount, we will be gathering up all the items in the lost and found at the end of the week and donating it. We have everything on display in the lobby. Please take a look before it is gone.
Our RSU 12 Staff Daycare has limited slots available for children aged 3 to 5. Our staff members have not claimed all these age 3 to 5 slots; thus, we are opening these slots to individuals outside our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who knows someone who is searching for daycare services. Please note that this daycare currently operates on a school-year schedule. Please keep in mind that it is on a first-come, first-served basis. The daycare is located at Windsor Elementary School. If you are interested, kindly email rsu12daycare@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Congratulations to Craig Parlin for winning the Cow Chip BINGO prize!
