RSU 12 is pleased to announce that the Boys & Girls Club plans to offer before and after school child care at Chelsea, Whitefield, and Windsor Schools assuming there is enough interest. If you would like to sign your child up for care at any of these locations, please visit https://www.bgckv.org/signupforchildcare.html and complete the registration packet. We are resending the child care survey because we heard from several people that it would be helpful to know the anticipated costs in order to respond. Through a partnership with RSU 12, the Boys and Girls Club of Kennebec Valley is exploring options for providing child care in RSU 12 schools in the coming year. The weekly cost is expected to be about $90 during the school year and $125 for a vacation week. In order to inform these plans, please take a moment to complete this survey and let us know if your family is interested in childcare before or after school and on school vacations. Attention: We are extending pick-up hours on Thursday, May 14. Parents will be able to pick up their child's belongings and fundraiser orders from 8am-6pm. This is for Thursday only. Friday pickup time is 8am-noon. This will be the last pickup day, so please make arrangements to come to the school if possible. Thank you

Reminder: This Thursday and Friday are the first of four pickup days at Windsor School. Parents are asked to come to school between 8am-noon to pick up student belongings and items sold in the fundraiser. You may also drop off library books. Please adhere to social distancing. Calling all 4-year-olds! RSU 12 is now accepting PreK applications for the 2020-21 school year. Please contact one the RSU 12 schools or go online at https://www.svrsu.org/documents for an application. RSU 12 has PreK classrooms at Chelsea, Somerville, Whitefield, and Windsor.
Fundraiser orders will be available for pickup in the gym on Thursday, May 7 and Friday, May 8 from 8am-noon. Some students' belongings may also be available for pickup at that time. Homeroom teachers will let you know if they are able to bag up your childs' belongings for pickup. If not, we will have pickup another time next week. You may also return library books on Thursday or Friday. Thank you
