Due to weather and illness the middle school dance on Friday has been canceled.
Our holiday concert is tonight! K-3 concert is at 5pm. Students should arrive no earlier than 4:40 and look for their teachers in the gym. 4-6 and chorus students should arrive no earlier than 5:45. There has been a lot of illness in the area, so we encourage you to stay home if you are not feeling well. We are recording the concert in case you miss it. Happy holidays everyone!
Today's middle school basketball games vs. China have all been canceled. The boys varsity practice has also been canceled. We will reschedule and let everyone know of the new game date.

Mr. Jeff's bus (bus 27) will be leaving early today December 6 as we are short one driver. The students will be leaving school at 1:30 and arriving home one hour early. Students that ride on Jeff's bus #27 will be dismissed at 1:30 today, Friday November 18th. This means students who ride this bus will be arriving to their destination 1 hour early. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you are able to pick up your student at 2:30 dismissal please notify the office BEFORE 12:30, so that we can make those arrangements. Basketball Update: Open gym tonight for girls from 4-5pm, and 5-6 for boys. Tryouts are tomorrow from 4-5:30 for the girls and 5:30-7 for boys. Tryouts are Thursday and Friday.
The Windsor Elementary School Library is excited to welcome you to the Fall 2022 Scholastic Book Fair. Students can visit us all next week, November 7-11, during their library class times and throughout the day. Parents and guardians, you can visit us during parent-teacher conferences and anytime online at https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/windsorelementaryschool13. This year, parents and guardians, there is an option to create an e-wallet that acts like an online account so that students don't have to carry cash to school. That can be set up through a link on the online link. Of course, traditional payments are also welcome. Scholastic IS charging tax this year, so please be sure to add 5.5% to the final total. Basketball season is almost here! We will be hosting Open Gym for all interested in tryouts on November 1st and 2nd. Girls in grades 5-8 have open gym from 4-5 pm both nights. Boys in grades 6-8 have open gym from 5-6pm. Tryouts will be held on November 3rd and 4th.
Today's boys soccer game vs. China is canceled due to the weather. We will play at home tomorrow, Tuesday, October 24th at 4:00.
Tomorrow's Spirit Day is "Wear Orange to Stand up against Bullying." Show your commitment to a bullying-free school.
Athletics Update: Practices for soccer are canceled today, October 18. The girls soccer team will play at Vassalboro on Thursday, October 20 at 4:00. The boys soccer team will play home vs. China on Monday, October 24 at 4:00.
Our girls soccer playoff game has been postponed. We will let you know of the new game day as soon as possible.
Next week is Spirit Week! We are promoting our anti-bullying message while also supporting our fall sports teams. Participation prizes will be given out for students and staff each day. Let's have a fun week!
