Hi Everyone, We are looking to add to our Pre~k list. If you have, or know of someone who has, a 4 year old or a 3 year old kiddo who will be 4 by October 15th, and are interested in signing them up for Pre~K, please reach out so that we can get you an application. If you had an application mailed to you, can you please get it back to us as soon as possible? We only have 32 spots and they tend to go fast. Thank you so much for your help with this!!

Attention RSU 12 families! It is time to enroll for next year's preK program. If you have a child who will be 4-years-old on October 1, 2025, please contact the school in your town to ask about enrolling your child in PreK. The preK program is an all-day program and includes breakfast, lunch, and rest time as well as rich play-based learning experiences based on the PreK for ME curriculum. Each of our preK classrooms partners with Head Start. Contact any RSU 12 school for more information and to begin the enrollment process.

Hey Everyone, It's finally here. The Hunny Bunny Fun Fair will be tomorrow from 10-12 here at Palermo School. Tickets are $5.00 for 50 tickets. There will be lots of games and lots of prizes, cotton candy, and more, so come hang out for a fun morning at Palermo School. Thank you for supporting our wonderful Palermo School Club.

Starting tomorrow, April 8th, we will be running with 3 buses in the mornings, and 2 buses in the afternoons, until further notice.

April 12~ The Palermo Community Library will be having a Soup and Pie Social from 11:00-1:00. Please help to support the community library!

All schools in RSU 12 will have a two-hour delay today, Thursday, April 3rd due to the predicted freezing rain.

We will be running with two buses on Friday, April 4th. Blake will have all of his route except Parmenter Road and Roy's bus Route and Carroll will have all of his bus route plus Parmenter Road. Please remember that buses may be earlier or later than normal. Thanks for your understanding.

From the Principal's Office: We've started our Spring fundraiser and your involvement is needed more than ever! Today, each student will be bringing home the fundraising packet. Money raised from this fundraiser directly impacts your child by providing education beyond strict fundamentals. This year's fundraiser will go toward recess equipment, games for the classrooms, and field trips. These funds, which are not part of the official budget, help us provide added experiences during these tough times. Your packet will explain how to sign into the site and how to share with family and friends. Students will be receiving fun awards with each sale and the school and families are entered to win prizes. Please know that your assistance, this year in particular, will make a huge difference! Hi Everyone, I just wanted you to be aware that we have a bunch of sicknesses going around here right now.  We have Covid, Influenza A and B, strep throat and the dreaded Norovirus.  If your child has a fever, please remember they must stay home 24 hours fever free without medication.  If they test positive for strep, they must be on antibiotics for 24 hours before they can come back. And if they have the Norovirus, they have to be 24 hours with no throwing up or diarrhea before they can come back. We appreciate your help with this.
